Job description

Established and busy law firm is looking to add a key member to our team. We are looking for an outstanding Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant that will be fully committed to our clients, and our staff. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and are a team player, please read on as we may be interested to meet you!

We require an organized, reliable, and motivated individual. Our fast-paced office is looking for a positive customer service-oriented person to join our team! Responsibilities include cheerfully greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, verifying client information, communicating with staff, and ordering medical records. Bilingual ideal (English/Spanish) but not required. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude are a must.

Required experience: * Customer Service: 1 year*. Microsoft Office knowledge.
