Job description

Ingleside Retirement Apartments is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for its senior high-rise facility. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and assisting residents, accepting and logging packages, monitoring the camera and emergency call-bell system and ensuring that the environment is welcoming and safe for residents, staff, vendors and visitors. Qualified applicants should be professional in appearance and manner, and have prior related receptionist or security experience, preferably working with seniors. Must be comfortable working phones and computers, and interacting with residents and outside visitors. Schedule includes every other weekend. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, company-matched retirement plan, PTO, paid holidays, free parking and free meal during shift. Must be able to pass state-required pre-employment testing. EOE.
