Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Concierge/Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional first impressions, assisting guests, and delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury automotive environment.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest who visits our showroom.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests and directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to dealership inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide information about dealership services, amenities, and general operations.
  • Maintain visitor logs and perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Help ensure the reception and showroom areas remain organized and welcoming.
  • Support various departments as needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
