McKeever Price Chopper is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front End Manager to oversee daily front-end operations and lead our cashier and customer service teams. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is passionate about creating a seamless customer experience.


Position Overview:

As the Front End Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all front-end operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management for front-end staff, while setting the standard for professionalism and exceptional service. You’ll work closely with store leadership to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-end team members including cashiers and customer service representatives
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times
  • Manage daily scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage for the front-end team
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed in a professional manner
  • Monitor cashier accuracy and adherence to company policies, including handling of money, coupons, WIC, food stamps, and credit/debit transactions
  • Maintain front-end appearance, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Lead by example in enforcing company policies, dress code, and service standards
  • Work collaboratively with other department managers to support overall store success
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding of new front-end team members
