Front End Supervisor


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front-End Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Front-End team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining efficient store operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

  • Supervise and lead the Front-End team, ensuring high standards of customer service are met.
  • Train, and mentor new staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Supervise daily operations at the front end, including overseeing cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient checkout area, ensuring all point-of-sale (POS) systems are functioning properly.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Follow store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels at the Front-End and coordinate with management on restocking needs.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for both customers and employees by promoting effective communication.

Experience

  • Proven experience in supervising a retail or customer service team is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Administrative experience in a retail setting is preferred.
