Job Description of Role* (RNR)

A program manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Onwership of the project delivery
- Adherence to defined process
- Exhibiting leadership capabilities in day-to-day work
- Onsite-Offshore co-ordination
- Customer management & partnership building & stabilization
- Resource management
- Conflict & impediment resolution within & outside of the team
- Project tracking and reporting the progress

Primary (Must have skills)*

- Proven experience in project management, including project planning, execution, and control.
- Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) and stakeholder management skills
- Hands on with Onsite-Offshore co-ordination, customer management skills
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects within the given constraints in terms of schedule & cost

- Experience in tracking day to day project deliverables using respective tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) & reporting the progress on periodic intervals
- Risk/Issue management and timely resolution
- Extensive experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of contract types (T&M, FP) and implications

- Should possess result-oriented mindset and remain focused towards the same
- Should exhibit leadership quality in every aspect of project delivery & operations
- Experience in leading from front during escalations & resolving the same with minimal support
