What does a front end manager do?

As a Front End Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will focus on overseeing the public areas of a retail store. This includes training and managing your sales staff, directing the physical layout and display presentation of the sales floor, and meeting with customers and serving their needs. Everything from the initial impression of the store to customer engagement with merchandise depends on the setting you establish. A major challenge is balancing staff coverage during peak hours while maintaining high morale and productivity.
