Summary:
A Front End Manager’s role is to oversee all Front End operations and supervise all Front End Team Members, in collaboration with guidance and instruction from the Store Manager. A Front End Manager ensures all Guests have a positive experience while visiting our stores by providing exceptional customer service, acknowledging and handling all Guests complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner and instills the same level of dedication to customer service in the Front End Team. After successfully demonstrating their exceptional leadership skills and dedication in the workplace, a Lead Cashier may be advanced to the position of Front End Manager. Promotions to Front End Manager may be earned by trusted Team Members who are highly effective in their jobs and whose work ethic may influence other Lead Cashiers and general cashiers. All Front End Managers also function as Managers on Duty.
