Junior Front End Developers often encounter challenges such as adapting to established coding standards, effectively using version control systems like Git, and communicating design changes with UX/UI teams. Additionally, balancing multiple tasks such as bug fixes, feature development, and cross-browser compatibility testing requires strong time management and prioritization skills.
