Job description

We are seeking an outgoing front office assistant to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate must be able to provide outstanding customer service and exceed our patients' expectations. Candidates must be proficient with computers, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of two years experience in customer service. Spanish speaking is required. Responsibilities include: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in & out, verifying patient's insurance eligibility, account management, patient billing and general front office management. This is a full-time position.
Compensation includes health insurance, bonuses, paid vacation time and an hourly rate of $16-$23ย depending on experience.
