What is a front assistant?

Front Assistants, also known as Front Desk Assistants or Receptionists, are professionals who manage the reception area of an organization. They greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, handle administrative tasks, and maintain the security and cleanliness of the front office. Their role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients and guests while supporting the smooth operation of office activities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a front assistant?

To thrive as a Front Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
