We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Operations Specialist to become an essential part of our client’s team. In this role, you'll serve as a vital connection between customers, office staff, and the warehouse team. From processing customer orders and preparing shipping documentation to supporting billing and day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring every order is handled accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare warehouse and shipping documentation
  • Coordinate order details with warehouse personnel to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, inventory, and shipments
  • Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative functions
