Now Hiring for a Workforce Management Analyst to help forecast work volumes and determine headcount for various departments for a close client in the healthcare insurance company!! This is a hybrid schedule that allows 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This is a long term opportunity with the ability to get hired on permanently after a 6 month contract to hire!!

Description

The Workforce Management Analyst develops volume forecasts using historical data and adjusted projections to reflect anticipated internal and external trends. Provides clear justification for forecasts through well-defined assumptions and sound business rationale. Builds capacity plans aligned with operational budgets by applying productivity assumptions and identifying efficiency improvements within a specific business area. Reconciles forecast inputs, assumptions, and outputs within a comprehensive workforce management model.

Qualifications

3+ years of workforce management experience

AND/OR

completed Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
