The DEI Analyst will focus on analyzing and interpreting data to support DE&I initiatives within the Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in driving insights and strategies that promote inclusivity and equity in the professional services industry. Client Details A top professional services company located in Washington, DC, operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 from home). Description Analyze DE&I data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track DE&I metrics. Collaborate with Human Resources and other teams to implement data-driven strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support DE&I goals. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all DE&I reporting. Support the development of policies and programs aligned with DE&I objectives. Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders effectively. Stay updated on best practices and trends in DE&I data analysis.
