Position Overview:
Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Biometric Intelligence Analyst, Team Lead to spearhead expert-level, biometrics-enabled identity analysis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of counterterrorism and counternarcotics efforts, triaging massive datasets to uncover critical leads and identify individuals of interest.
As a Lead, you aren't just analyzing data; you are bridging the gap between high-level project management and tactical execution. You will be responsible for fusing disparate information into actionable intelligence while overseeing project lifecycles, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinker who can navigate complex biometric systems and lead a mission-critical team toward high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert Analysis: Perform biometrics-enabled identity analysis to support global counterterrorism and counternarcotics missions.
  • Data Triage: Analyze and categorize large volumes of multi-format data to pinpoint biometric leads tied to individuals of interest.
  • Identity Resolution: Conduct rigorous identity resolution and adjudication by navigating extensive biometric systems and databases.
  • Intelligence Fusion: Synthesize disparate data sources into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence products for distribution across the U.S. Government.
  • Critical Thinking: Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover hidden insights and support the identification of complex targets.

Required Qualifications:
  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active and current TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Experience & Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) + 12 years of relevant experience; OR
    • Master's Degree (MS/MA) + 10 years of relevant experience; OR
    • High School Diploma + 16 years of relevant experience.
  • Domain Expertise: 10+ years of experience in at least three of the following areas:
    • Biometric Analysis
    • All-Source Analysis
    • Counterterrorism Operations
    • Counternarcotics
    • Intelligence Support to Law Enforcement
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) biometric databases.
  • Screening & Vetting: 5+ years of experience using specialized information to identify, screen, and vet individuals.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a Team Lead or management role, with a proven ability to mentor staff and manage project deliverables.
  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to convey highly complex information clearly in both oral presentations and written reports.
