Summary:
In this role, you will maintain procurement systems, item master data, supplier information, contracts, catalogs, and user administration that support daily procurement operations. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of procurement data, process system and contract updates, develop operational reports, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to support purchasing, contract compliance, and procurement platform performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, validate, and maintain item master records and product data across procurement systems.
  • Maintain purchasing catalogs by processing product additions, updates, discontinuations, and supplier item information.
  • Review, update, and maintain contract pricing, supplier agreements, and local contract information to ensure procurement system accuracy.
  • Administer ENVI and related procurement platforms by supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Process supplier onboarding activities, supplier updates, user account administration, access permissions, and approval workflows.
  • Develop, analyze, and distribute procurement reports while supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Support Full Procurement and Assisted Procurement clients through onboarding, implementation, operational activities, and client meetings.
  • Investigate and resolve procurement data, catalog, contract, and system issues to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, PDR, Client Services, Implementation, and technology teams to maintain accurate procurement data and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, system functionality, and procurement workflows.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, contracting, healthcare, or related operational environments preferred.
  • Experience with procurement systems, platform administration, or item master management preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with ENVI, Access, SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, Zendesk, Smartsheet, or similar systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
