  • Ensure consistent brand standards across marketing materials, digital channels, sales resources, vehicles, offices, and customer communications.
  • Develop messaging and campaigns that differentiate Aruza within the residential pest control market.
  • Protect and enhance the company's reputation and brand presence across all markets.

Creative Services

  • Lead creative strategy and production across digital, print, video, social, sales collateral, and other marketing assets.
  • Manage internal and external creative resources, agencies, freelancers, and vendors as appropriate.
  • Ensure creative materials are aligned with Aruza's brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Develop compelling customer-focused content that supports awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Performance Marketing

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing programs across search, social, display, and other relevant channels.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and ROI expectations for marketing investments.
  • Continuously test messaging, audiences, offers, creative, and channels to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing spend to maximize qualified leads, customer acquisition, and return on investment.

Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified residential pest control leads.
  • Partner with sales and operations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition.
  • Establish lead-generation goals and monitor performance by market, channel, campaign, and customer segment.
  • Identify new lead sources and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing channels.

CRM & Marketing Technology

  • Own the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, lead management, analytics, and related platforms.
  • Partner with IT, operations, and sales to ensure effective integration between marketing and business systems.
  • Develop customer segmentation, automated campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and lead-nurturing strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Marketing Analytics

  • Negotiate and manage marketing partnerships and sponsorships as appropriate.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
