Strategic Lead Prospecting & Qualification
  • Identify and engage potential customers through strategic outreach via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Responsible for content creation and management, including developing social media posts and lead generation materials.
  • Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities and qualified prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on established sales criteria and route high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM systems.
  • Support development of targeted lead generation campaigns with the marketing team.

Trade Show & Event Support
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage trade shows, virtual events, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Main point of contact for some events.
  • Engage with event attendees to showcase EAC's products and services.
  • Assist in implementing lead capture and tracking processes.
  • Support post-event follow-up and lead nurturing activities.

Collaboration & Sales Enablement
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure effective lead qualification and handoff.
  • Collaborate with other members of marketing team to align messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of outreach messaging, templates, and scripts.
  • Participate in internal meetings to share insights on lead activity and trends.

Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide input to improve lead generation workflows and outreach strategies.
  • Track performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Participate in training to enhance knowledge of EAC products, services, and target markets.
  • Assist in documenting marketing and lead management processes as needed.

Follow-Up & Relationship Building
  • Manage lead pipelines generated from multiple sources, including marketing campaigns and events.
  • Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture potential opportunities.
  • Gather and share market and prospect insights to support the customer engagement strategy.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Prepare, propose, and obtain approval for all marketing plans with the direct supervisor, and manage execution by tracking progress, ensuring timely delivery, and reporting success metrics.
  • Support outbound lead generation initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Assist in targeted prospecting for marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.

Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
Experience & Education
  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, business development or inside sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting company presence at trade shows or industry events preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and in-person engagements.
