Job description

Sage Dental Management is a leading, rapidly growing Dental Service Organization (DSO) committed to innovation, excellence, and patient-centered care.
Overview
As the Marketing Designer at Sage Dental, you'll create visually compelling assets that support campaigns, elevate the brand, and connect with our audiences. Working closely with marketing and internal teams, you'll translate ideas into designs that reinforce brand identity across all touchpoints. Your work will play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen and experienced.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Design Execution
  • Translate marketing objectives into creative solutions that support business goals
  • Lead creative development for integrated marketing campaigns from concept through final production
  • Design and produce high-quality assets for digital, print, social media, email, direct mail, presentations, and office signage.
  • Prepare and package files for production, ensuring accurate color profiles, formats, bleeds, and digital or print specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  1. Brand Stewardship
  • Maintain visual consistency across all design work using Sage Dental brand guidelines.
  • Ensure creative work meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, accessibility, and usability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand system by refining templates and assets.
  • Help maintain and organize design libraries and reusable components.
  1. Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional business areas, marketing managers, external agencies or contractors throughout the creative process.
  • Contribute ideas to improve storytelling, engagement, and marketing effectiveness through design.
  • Balance creative excellence with strategic goals, timelines and budgets.
  • Participate in campaign planning and creative brief development.
  • Present work for feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently.
  • Communicate design choices clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Qualifications
Job qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, visual identity systems, and marketing collateral.
  • A keen eye for design and detail with experience in both digital and print formats.
  • Strong time management, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple

Preferred qualifications include:
  • Background in in-house creative agency or agency environments.
  • Background with multi-location brand in healthcare, dental, or patient-focused industries.
  • Experience with project management platforms, especially Asana.
