Financial Systems & Processes Analyst (Workday Financials)Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Systems & Processes Analyst to support and optimize Workday Financials in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role acts as a critical liaison between Accounting, Finance, IT, HRIS, and external vendors, ensuring financial systems, reporting, and processes operate efficiently and effectively.

You will play a key role in supporting end users, troubleshooting system issues, improving workflows, and enhancing reporting capabilities across core accounting functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Financials Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials, including troubleshooting system, process, and reporting issues
  • Assist users across core modules such as General Ledger (GL), AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Treasury
  • Support Workday release cycles, including testing in sandbox/test environments
Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to enhance financial workflows and improve efficiency
  • Translate business requirements into system enhancements or reporting solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work
Cross-Functional Collaboration
