Job description

Your Role:
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our International Finance team. In this role, you will support key financial processes and provide insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including Real Estate, Accounting, and the broader FP&A team-to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Your Impact:
  • Prepare weekly sales and store count reports
  • Partner with Real Estate on store count reporting, forecasting, and analytics
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for home office expenditures
  • Support travel reporting and conduct analysis of related expenses and trends
  • Support the monthly financial close process
  • Assist with P&L consolidation, serving as liaison with UK and China JV finance teams
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and contribute to special initiatives and projects
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Your Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and accounting concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing deadlines
  • Experience with financial systems and tools is a plus (SAP, MicroStrategy, Hyperion)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint are important
