Job description

Global Finance Services is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support key finance operations across a global environment. In this role, you will help drive accuracy, consistency, and control in client-to-cash activities while supporting process improvement and stakeholder decision-making.
Work you'll do
As a Lead Financial Analyst on the Global Finance Services team, you will:
  • Execute complex client-to-cash activities, including cash applications and reallocations in SAP
  • Support period-end and year-end close activities while maintaining audit-ready documentation and controls
  • Analyze exceptions, identify root causes, and implement process improvements
  • Advise Finance, Technology, and Operations stakeholders on complex financial and system-related issues
  • Lead or support projects and process reviews that improve efficiency, scalability, and control

The team
Global Finance Services uses technology, process discipline, and operational insight to provide Deloitte with a fully managed global financial solution. The team develops processes that drive efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, and compliance across the global network.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting client-to-cash, cash application, cash reallocation, or comparable finance operations processes
  • Experience using SAP in finance operations or related modules
  • Experience supporting period-end close, year-end close, or controls documentation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a shared services, global operations, or multi-geography finance environment
  • Experience analyzing exceptions and implementing process improvements
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Technology, and Operations stakeholders
  • Experience supporting control reviews, audit requests, or compliance activities
  • Experience leading projects, workstreams, or change initiatives
