POSITION TITLE: Senior Finance Manager, FP&A
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Senior Finance Manager - FP&A is a key contributor to the Company's monthly close and forecast processes, management reporting, annual and long-range plan, variance analysis and ad-hoc corporate finance projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead monthly close activities, forecasting, and annual budget processes including consolidation and variance analytics. Prepare monthly reporting on key financials for senior leadership and collaborate with business partners including regional finance teams and department owners- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Manage and develop one financial analyst Take complete ownership (build, maintain, and streamline) of complex financial models (including enterprise 3-statement model) to drive results Continuously improve and automate forecasting and reporting processes Analyze and work with large volumes of data from a variety of sources to provide business insights and guidance to senior management
