Join our Team as a Financial Systems Analyst!

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Financial Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and process improvement. In this role, you will support, optimize, and enhance the financial systems that power key business processes across Toyota Material Handling North America. As a trusted partner to Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, and other business functions, you'll help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and integrity of our financial systems landscape. You will play a critical role in supporting enterprise applications, improving business processes, driving system enhancements, and delivering data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for financial systems, including SAP, Ariba, and Concur, supporting Finance and Accounting business processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with Information Technology teams and vendors to resolve problems and ensure reliable system performance.
  • Support the design and maintenance of system configurations, user roles, and permissions while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Lead or support financial system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and new module implementations.
  • Gather business requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and document system configurations and process changes.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and other stakeholders to align system functionality with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial workflows and identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through workflow automation, system integrations, and process optimization efforts.
  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to support financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate reporting requirements into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort through automation and enhanced system capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience supporting financial systems, enterprise applications, or business systems analysis.
  • Experience supporting SAP, Ariba, and Concur or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong background in system integrations and end-to-end process understanding across finance and procurement.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary-$73,840 - $94,670 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
