Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate and reconcile tickets for Raw Storing, Corrugated Storing, Finish Storing, Picking, Unitizing, Oiling, and Return Material (RMP).

  • Document and Label Generation.

  • First point of escalation for any SAP, rf gun, or other miscellaneous system issues.

  • First point of escalationfor any material shortages, quality issues, or other issues that would prevent the picking, completion, or storage of jobs.

  • Process material transfers asrequired.

  • Lead miscellaneous filing associated with return materials, including order confirmation sheets and bills of lading.

  • Proactively develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of operations.

  • Ability to work independently within established procedures tomaintainhigh accuracy across production, inventory, and quality workflows.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and warehouse personnel to resolve documentation discrepancies.

  • Ability to manager direct impact on inventory accuracy, compliance, label correctness, and audit readiness.
