Community Health Network is seeing a Business Systems Analyst to join the team in supporting our business technology solutions. This role will have the opportunity to directly impact the design, implementation, and support of third-party solutions as they relate to our Workday platform. You will be instrumental throughout the SDLC as a technology partner helping the business make informed decisions around our technology solutions. A day in the life of our Business Systems Analysts may mean leading a project, assisting peers in IT or supporting our business through your technological acumen and functional understanding of their applications. You may serve as the liaison between our business and the software vendors in helping resolve issues, enhance our solutions, or lead discovery into new technology. This role is cross domain and will support or assist with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain applications.
Ideally, candidates for this role present with application support history or similar business functional experience and a high aptitude for technology.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • A minimum of 2 or more years of healthcare and/or relevant IT experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations and advising support and implementation teams on technical issues.
  • Experience in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation and standards.
  • Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
  • Work Arrangement
  • This position will be a hybrid role if you reside within a 60-mile radius of 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or on an as needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.
  • This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely if you reside outside of the 60-mile radius parameter of 7260 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however, if hired, they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date.
