  • Serve as the first point of contact for JPI corporate and field staff requiring assistance with Workday Financial Management, and Workday's touchpoints with Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, and Procore.

  • Manage and resolve support requests through the company's ticketing system, prioritizing based on business impact and escalating complex issues to the Sr. Financial Systems Analyst or Director as needed.

  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing employees on Workday financial workflows.

  • Foster a high-quality service experience through strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to end-user support.

  • Apply critical thinking to diagnose and resolve Workday configuration and data issues, escalating to Workday support or the Financial Systems Director when appropriate.

  • Monitor Workday application health and data integrity, flagging anomalies before they affect close or reporting.

  • Support the connections between Workday and Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, and Procore (e.g., data flow, sync issues, reconciliation questions).

  • Stay current on Workday's semi-annual release notes and research topics on the Workday Community, flagging changes that may affect existing configurations.

  • Support testing and research of reported issues and new functionality within Workday financial modules.

  • Assist with conducting data audits and implementing data quality measures to keep financial data elements (e.g., chart of accounts, vendor information, projects) accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain a change log and supporting documentation for Workday updates, configuration changes, and release-related adjustments.

  • Partner with the Financial Systems Manager or Director on more complex or recurring reporting needs, learning advanced Workday reporting techniques over time.
