Reports To: Reports to Accounting Office Manager
Job Type: Part-time
Earnings: Based upon Experience
Location: Werner Hyundai, 252 Capital Circle SW, Tallahassee, FL 32304
This is not a remote position.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time File Clerk to manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems. The ideal candidate will ensure documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible, supporting the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Sort, label, and file documents according to company procedures
  • Retrieve files and records as requested by staff
  • Scan, copy, and digitize documents for electronic storage
  • Verify accuracy of records and update files as needed
  • Dispose of outdated files in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with general administrative tasks (data entry, mail handling, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management systems)
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Good communication and time management skills

Work Schedule
  • Part-time hours (typically 920-29 hours per week)
  • Flexible scheduling may be available

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry files or boxes (up to 20-30 lbs)
