MSI Credit Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our Processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our electronic filing systems, organizing electronic records, and ensuring documents are in the correct format. Qualifications:

  • At least two year in a clerical role, filing, or in data entry
  • Experience with records management or document filing systems
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain paper and digital filing systems efficiently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive or legal documents
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email,
  • typing skills should exceed 30 WPM
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with CRM systems and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain electronic records in an accurate and systematic manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and records management procedures.
  • Retrieving monthly credit reports, ensuring credit reports are up to date and ready for processing
  • Signing letters and documents
  • Processing inbound and outgoing mail
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and documents. Ensuring documents are in the correct format
  • Verifying paperwork & files. Making the necessary corrections as needed.
  • Creates new files and provide the needed information on a clients file
  • Performing periodic audits to ensure that files are up-to-date and complete
  • Data entry and verify document accuracy
  • Looks for ways to improve the filing systems
  • Monitor file storage areas and dispose of records according to company retention policies.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including scanners, copiers, printers, and fax machines
  • Support administrative staff with general clerical tasks and document preparation.
