Summary
Perform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Job File Coordination
  2. Monitor job file status
  3. Monitor job file audit status
  4. Maintain job file WIPs
  5. Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed

  2. Review and validate initial field documentation
  3. Create preliminary estimate
  4. Perform daily job file coordination
  5. Perform job file backup

  2. Maintain internal communications
  3. Maintain external communications
  4. Prepare job file reports

Requirements
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
  • A minimum two years of business experience
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies

  • Experience in writing estimates and the job file process

Formal Education/Training
  • High school diploma/GED

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
