Join SERVPRO's top-rated fire and water restoration team as a Job File Coordinator! We're seeking a detail-oriented, problem-solver that isย  passionate about helping people in their time of need. In this vital role, you will perform tasks related to creation and audit of customer job files and estimates, as well as general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. You'll gain professional growth through ongoing training and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.
Primary Roles and Responsibilitiesย 
  • Job File Coordination โ€“ Monitor job file status, monitor job file audit status, monitor and ensure client requirements are followed. Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and file close-out.
  • Job File Documentation โ€“ Review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination, perform job file backup.ย 
  • Job File Communication and Reporting โ€“ Maintain internal communications with project managers and production team, maintain external communications with customer and insurance company, prepare job file reports. ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.ย 
ย Necessary Experience and Skill Setย 
  • A minimum of two years of business experience.ย 
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies.ย 
  • Superb customer service and administrative skills.ย 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in water and fire restoration or insurance industry is desired.ย 
  • Experience in writing estimates and the job file process.ย 
ย Formal Education/Trainingย 
  • High school diploma/GED required.ย 
Physical and Work Environment Requirementsย 
  • This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.ย 
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirementsย 
  • This is a full-time position working 8:00amโ€“5:00pm, Mondayโ€“Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed, depending upon the business needs. Your position is subject to a mandatory rotational on call schedule.ย
