The Job File Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Key Responsibilities
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Answer incoming calls dailyย 
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Review and validate job site documentationย 
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย High school diploma/GED (preferred)
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experienceย 
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
