Job Summary
Our File Maintenance Clerks help us keep customers loyal by ensuring our prices are always correct and up to date, maintaining and applying item pricing in store departments and supporting our retail POS system when needed. To thrive in this position, you should be a team player. You know that you are only successful when those around you are set up for success, and you are eager to support an amazing team.
Job Description
  • Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
  • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 16 years of age

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in order to ensure the safety of customers and Team Members.
  • Apply price and tag changes to store items in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Maintain the integrity of the scan file for all items at store level by executing batches as required.
  • Keep track of new and discontinued items.
  • Update weekly ad changes by applying shelf tags with new ad pricing.
  • Provide and maintain in-store signage and tags for sale and display items to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Apply price and file changes for perishable departments by using Scale Management Systems.
  • Assist in problem solving of any errors related to scan file integrity and reporting of any problems to the appropriate personnel.
  • Act as a liaison between the Store, Help Center and System Support Teams which would include Reset Teams and DSD vendors.
