Virtual Mailroom Clerk

Starting Pay $12.00 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Mail, sort and prep mail.

·         Verify that the information on documents matches with AS400 claims information

Document Upload

1)      Mail, fax and email upload to file manager

·         Upload mail to file manger

·         Upload faxes and emails to file manager same day received

·         Document web note of a document is received incomplete or not visible

·         Place call requesting claim/policy on document not including the necessary information for upload

·         Submit request more information/Not a F/L policy letters when required

2)      Other duties assigned

·          Recycle all mail after being stored for three weeks

·         Keep area clean and free of staples

·         Clean Scanners

·         Submit assignment sheets at end of week

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge of the following company programs:

·         AS400

·         FLI Website

·         Picture Capture

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Type 45 WPM with accurate data entry.

·         Punctual / Dependable

·         Ability to multitask

·         Bilingual

Education/Training/Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.
