Responsibilities:
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute documents and records as requested
  • Scan, photocopy, and index documents for accurate record-keeping

  • Assist staff with locating and accessing files and records in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry and maintain logs of incoming and outgoing documents
