We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our busy automotive dealership. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • File and maintain dealership paperwork in an organized and timely manner.
  • Scan, upload, and electronically organize documents.
  • Prepare, sort, and archive sales, service, accounting, and DMV files.
  • Retrieve files and documents as requested by management.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and filed according to dealership procedures.
  • Assist with document retention and shredding of outdated files.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Support the accounting and administrative teams with various clerical tasks.
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move file boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
