Executive & Personal Assistant
We are looking for an organized and dependable assistant to support a busy real estate business and household.
Responsibilities may include:
• Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Reading and organizing contracts, leases, and insurance documents
• Assisting with rental property management and tenant communication
• Working with our bookkeeper to track invoices, expenses, and payments
• Paying bills and handling vendor communication
• Coordinating household staff, vendors, and service appointments
• Helping manage business operations and employee needs
• Organizing records, files, and important documents
We're looking for someone who:
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Communicates well and follows through on tasks and sees tasks to completion
• Can manage multiple projects at once
• Has experience as an assistant, office manager, property manager, or in a similar role
