Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Seeking a seasoned, highly organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a principal within a fast-paced, quickly growing fashion or beauty brand. This is an onsite role in West Hollywood for a polished, trusted professional who thrives on managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, and keeping every detail moving seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support directly to a principal.
  • Manage a demanding calendar, meetings, scheduling, and shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Travel as needed with the principal and remain flexible around changing schedules.
  • Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support personal scheduling, appointments, errands, and household-related needs as required.
  • Act as a proactive point person across internal teams, external contacts, and vendors.

Qualifications
