Private Staff Group is conducting a confidential search for a capable, intellectually engaged Private Personal Assistant for a private individual in Manhattan. The principal is completing her graduate studies and moving into the next chapter of her career.


This is a wide-ranging, right-hand role built on trust, judgment, and genuine partnership. The principal is sharp, well-read, and independent-minded, and she is looking for someone educated who can think alongside her, hold a real conversation, and bring both warmth and steadiness to the relationship. She has ongoing medical needs; this is not a clinical or caregiving role, and no medical credential is required. What matters most is wisdom, compassion, and the good judgment to know when to step in, when to advocate, and when to step back.
