Job description

As the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, Executive Recruiting, you are critical to not only the success of the Global Executive Recruiting team, but to the global VF talent acquisition community! You create numerous efficiencies through the support you provide, including but not limited to: go-to-market on TA operations implementations, candidate and hiring manager experiences, developing interview agendas, overseeing Workday requisition and reporting processes, partnering with Executive Recruiters to source proactive candidates and partnering with your peers on the HRBP and TD teams to strategically onboard our new hires.

You will work with our Senior Manager, Global Executive Recruiting to develop our external engagement strategies to connect with passive talent in the market. You are a storyteller, marketer, researcher and manage various candidate branded experiences verbally, digitally and physically via mail. You are not only focused on customer service but thrive through exemplifying our purpose and ethical/inclusive workplace culture through your actions and the candidate and hiring manager experiences you deliver each and every day. Our goal is to continuously exceed the expectations of our consumers, shareholders and business partners.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Create the most high-touch end to end candidate experience and find ways to continuously improve that process. Schedule interviews with a proactive attitude and schedule conference rooms and order food, when necessary.
  • Partner with the team on confidential searches, operating with a high level of confidentiality (managing our Non-Disclosure Agreement process) and discretion at each step of the coordination and communication for both hiring managers, business leaders and candidates.
  • Arrange travel logistics for candidates and communicate all arrangements and keep them informed of any changes.
  • Partner with various executive admins and hiring managers for onsite interviews and ensuring an amazing candidate experience for the entire interview. Coordination of all logistics across all brands and regions - working with local teams in each local as needed to ensure successful interview experiences.
  • Help create and manage the Executive candidate branding process through various medias. Act as the voice of VF and our brands through your actions each and every day.
  • Executive sourcing and diverse pipeline development. Partner with executive recruiters and leverage AI, LinkedIn Recruiter (and other online candidate sourcing sites) to proactively identify talent for open searches and for pipeline development on our critical value roles.
  • Oversee and ensure an amazing candidate experience from their first interview through preboarding and their first day for new hire orientation.
  • Help facilitate recruitment and hiring processes in Workday: requisition creation, requisition management, offer and onboarding processes.
  • Interview assessment (Hogan) facilitation oversight. Launch assessment, track participating to completion and onboarding coaching meeting coordination.
  • Participate in various global projects as the voice of the executive recruiting process as we launch and integrate various tools and technologies within Global Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner with Executive Talent Management on succession planning by managing confidential leadership pipelines and preparation of Board of Directors materials.
  • Manage team reporting processes in Workday, Smart Sheet, Excel, etc. Be the central reporting contact and create dashboards to share with VF leadership.
  • Be the central point person for vendor management as it relates to specific partners, vendors, tools and engagements as part of the executive recruiting process.

Skills for Success:

  • Experience supporting a. Executive Talent Acquisition function or similarly structured team
  • Minimum of 7+ years working with leaders at the Vice President and above levels (preferably at the C Suite level), with experience communicating and coordinating logistics managing through consistent competing priorities.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Strong proficiency in using AI and technology automation to drive efficiencies in recruiting processes. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet, solve problems and take action. Candidate experience is your first priority and continually connect that to system and process optimization.
  • Excellent, demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and curiosity to bring best in class processes and tools to the executive recruiting function.
  • Strong follow through both internally and externally, and across the globe.

This role can be located in Costa Mesa, CA or Denver, CO.

Hiring Range:

$28.51 USD - $35.64 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
