If so, we have an immediate opening for a Kitchen Manager at Chick-fil-A Dallas North Tollway and W Frontier Pkwy

At Chick-fil-A Dallas North Tollway and W Frontier Pkwy, the Kitchen Manager has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Lead a team in successfully operating with high quality products in a fast environment
  • Assisting in training of new hires and setting the tone for a shift
  • Demonstrating leadership skills by coaching, directing, and motivating a team
  • Passionately delivering excellent service to guests and creating an encouraging environment for team members
  • Opening and/or closing the restaurant and leading other team members during a shift
  • Can manage Kitchen team members and ensure operational efficiency in their areas
  • Ensuring excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Being a team player and prioritizing the good of the business and others
  • Assisting with daily decision-making and supporting staff
  • Ability to assist with ensuring food safety objectives are met
  • Upholding cleanliness standards
  • Bringing ideas to the table that will enhance the guest experience or work environment
  • Ability to lead team in ensuring store goals and procedures are met
  • Ability to assist in monitoring inventory levels and performing monthly inventory assessments
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred
  • Other duties as assigned
