In this role, you will define and execute thepractice strategy, support the development of practitioner capabilities, andensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of coaching and facilitationservices. Working closely with Client Leads, Consultants, and Designprofessionals, you will shape innovative solutions in leadership development,executive coaching, team effectiveness, and facilitation that address a widerange of client needs.

You will also foster a thriving community ofpractitioners, oversee networks of external coaches and facilitators, andcontribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences anddeveloping market-leading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influencethe future direction of the practice, mentor and develop others, and createlasting impact for clients, practitioners, and the organization.
