As a Sales Executive Team Leader, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to Owners and guests. Complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized. Work with less experienced Sales Executives to improve their sales process, strategy, script, and presentation skills. This may include providing specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management. Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Sales Executive Team Leader: Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. The incumbentis required tomaintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. One-year related experience. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
