Notre équipe en atelier recherche un(e) plombier(ère) de tuyauterie . DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : Rattaché(e) au directeur de production, vous serez responsable de l’installation, de l’entretien et de la réparation des systèmes de tuyauterie et de plomberie, ainsi que de la gestion des urgences liées à ces systèmes. Lecture de plans et de dessins techniques : interpréter les schémas de plomberie, de tuyauterie, les vannes, les composants de plomberie et les supports. Préparation du matériel : sélectionner le matériel approprié, préparer les raccords, brides, coudes, etc. I nstallation et entretien des systèmes de plomberie : incluant les conduites d’eau et les équipements sanitaires. Assemblage de tuyauterie : positionner et aligner les tuyaux selon les plans, effectuer les assemblages par soudure, boulonnage, collage/emboîtement (ABS/PVC) et vissage. Installation sur site : poser les supports, fixer la tuyauterie sur les structures, installer les accessoires (vannes, clapets, pompes, réservoirs, etc.) et effectuer les connexions aux équipements. Contrôle et vérification : vérifier l’alignement, la pente, la conformité des installations ainsi que leur étanchéité (tests de pression). Maintenance et réparation : localiser les fuites ou défauts, démonter et remplacer les sections défectueuses, établir un diagnostic pour l’amélioration continue. Entretien préventif et correctif des systèmes en place. Collaboration/travail d’équipe : travailler avec les autres services pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations conformément aux plans et devis. Contrôle qualité : s’assurer de la conformité des assemblages réalisés. Respect des normes : appliquer les règles de sécurité et la réglementation en vigueur en matière de plomberie. EXIGENCES : Diplôme ou certificat en plomberie ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en environnement manufacturier. Connaissance des systèmes de plomberie et des normes de sécurité. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe. Aptitudes en résolution de problèmes. Sens du détail et minutie.
