The Exercise Coach®, a high-tech fitness and health studio, is hiring a Health Coach for the Liberty studio. The Exercise Coach® is one of the fastest growing and technologically advanced fitness franchise concepts in the U.S. We specialize in one-on-one and small-group personal training using innovative, high-tech, and proprietary equipment. We specialize in overall strength training. Our clients achieve meaningful, quantitative results that matter the most to them with just two, 20-minute workouts per week, in a clean, safe, and private environment.

The Exercise Coach®– Liberty is looking for a Health Coach who can work a combination of mornings and evenings, including some Saturday mornings. We are closed on Sundays. Fitness experience is a plus but not required as training and certification will be provided. Your compensation is not commission-based so you are always paid for your time, whether training clients or not. Candidates looking to grow with our company are preferred!

  • Applicants should have enthusiasm for Health & Fitness and be willing to adopt our unique resistance training and concentrated cardio program.
  • Applicants should be energetic, personable, empathetic, positive, strong verbal communicators, love helping people, and have a genuine interest in health and fitness. You must LOVE working with people!
  • A college degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a health-related field is preferred, but not required. You do not need a great deal of personal training experience, but you should have a working knowledge of the human body and the various components of good health and fitness.
  • Current personal training certification or experience is preferred but not required.
  • All employees will receive full training (paid) in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must ultimately complete The Exercise Coach certification.
  • CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider is required to train clients.
  • Basic computer skills required.

Duties include conducting consultations, selling monthly and package sessions to prospects, leading individual exercise sessions, tracking fitness results for clients, and working with a team of fellow coaches to motivate and educate a broad range of client types.

There is room for growth for motivated individuals as we open this location. This is a ground floor opportunity with a new and exciting franchise brand!
