Coach. Inspire. Drive Results.

At Anytime Fitness, we don’t rent equipment — we deliver outcomes.

  • Professionals comfortable discussing and closing training packages

  • Individuals who bring energy, urgency, and positivity

  • Trainers who want to grow into leadership opportunities

  • Self-starters who track metrics and take ownership

If you are uncomfortable talking about money, following up with prospects, or being held accountable to goals, this role will not be a fit.

Required Qualifications
  • Accredited Personal Training Certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)

  • Current CPR/AED Certification

  • Strong understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and program design

  • Ability to train all fitness levels safely and effectively

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an active gym setting

  • Willingness to complete and engage in ongoing sales training

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of personal training or group training experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $32,000–$50,000 (based on experience)

  • Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay

  • 401(k) plan

  • Tuition assistance for NASM Certification

  • Complimentary gym membership

  • Career growth opportunities within the company

  • Fitness-forward work environment

Schedule Expectations
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
