Wellness coaching encompasses many aspects of well-being, including fitness, nutrition, sleep, and mental health. A wellness coach helps clients determine and meet their healthy lifestyle goals. These objectives may include physical fitness, relieving stress, and healthful nutrition. As a wellness coach, your responsibilities and duties involve listening and discussing your client's health history, guiding them through goal discernment, and setting up a plan for achieving these goals. You also regularly speak with clients to gauge their successes and shortcomings and help them determine how they should adjust their program. Insurance companies and healthcare organizations have wellness coaches on staff, but many wellness coaches are self-employed and coach their clients over the phone or via email.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach
Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
