How to become a wellness coach?

Career: Wellness Coach

Though some wellness coach positions require a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, psychology, or another relevant field, some organizations provide on-the-job training and only need an associate degree or certificate. Whether through an education program or work experience, you must study the basics of life coaching, fitness, nutrition, and psychology to be an effective and successful wellness coach. To become a certified wellness coach, you must meet the requirements set out by a respected certifying agency; these requirements vary greatly.
