StretchLab Greenwich is looking for motivated and personable Flexologists / Stretch Specialists to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals and students with backgrounds in Personal Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Massage Therapy, Sports Performance, or Health & Wellness who want to work directly with clients in a professional, supportive environment.
As a Flexologist, you'll work one-on-one with clients to deliver customized assisted stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility, mobility, range of motion, recovery, movement quality, and overall wellness.
Whether you're an experienced fitness professional or building your career in exercise science, rehabilitation, healthcare, or wellness, StretchLab provides the training and hands-on experience to help you grow.

What You'll Do as a Flexologist
  • Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
  • Assess clients' goals and provide a positive, professional stretching experience
  • Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, recovery, and healthy movement
  • Build strong relationships with clients through recurring sessions
  • Modify stretching techniques based on individual client needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate client notes and session documentation
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and inclusive studio environment
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
  • Support the studio's overall client experience and team culture
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:

  • Interested in learning and developing their knowledge of assisted stretching

  • Available to work some evenings and/or weekends

Prior experience as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Physical Therapy Aide, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Stretch Therapist, or Wellness Coach is a plus, but we're also open to candidates with relevant education and a strong desire to learn.
