Job description

  • Strong instructional design and facilitation abilities.

  • Data analysis (Excel, Power BI) for performance tracking.

  • Create a structured, engaging induction flow for new hires (orientation, safety, rolespecific training)

  • Coordinate Trainings and on the job sessions for each hourly hirings

  • Track Key indicators concerning attrition, time to training and report them to the management

  • Use feedback, performance date and best practice to improve the 

  • Ensure all training records meet OSHA, ISO, and internal audit requirements.

  • Act as a firstline coach for new hires, fostering engagement and early retention.
