Job description

You'll be the next Business Coach we're looking for to join our firm if you describe yourself as approachable, professional, confident and determined. You'll be looking for a full-time, salaried position that includes training, coaching and the support of a team. You'll have existing, local connections with business owners and the ability to create rapport and trust with them quickly. Those around you have told you that you'd be a great coach or mentor and you've found yourself being sought after for advice. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching business owner clients, delivering workshops and seminars, generating leads through networking and referrals, attending annual and bi-annual conferences, and being coachable and accountable.

Key Expectations of the Position:

Coaching Clients:

  • Delivering Training Days;
  • Delivering Alignments;
  • Preparation of Internal Alignment Reports;
  • Coaching Clients one on one;
  • Critiquing Clients’ work; and
  • Work with Managing Partner re: paperwork & timing of new client induction.

Delivery of Workshops, Seminars and Training Programs:

  • Presentation of Webinars; and
  • Presentation of Monthly Planning Workshops; and
  • Presentation of Monthly Training.
  • Presentation of Other Training Workshops.

Lead Generation

  • Networking at local business functions and events;
  • Inviting attendees and successfully filling monthly seminar;
  • Initiation & Follow up of Referrals.

Attend team meetings, conferences and team training.

  • Attend weekly team meetings on Mondays and your weekly coaching session with your individual coach
  • Attend Florida-Georgia annual conferences; and
  • Attend regional and national conferences (at your cost).

Utilize & Manage a Default Calendar that is aligned with the Coach Trainer.

Utilize and manage a 90 Day Plan that is created and aligned with the Coach Trainer.

Compensation / Schedule:

  • Full-time position - 8:30AM – 5:30PM (very limited nights and weekends)
  • Annual Salary $60,000-$70,000 plus performance bonuses, benefits and paid training
