You will leverage your expertise in business development and insurance operations to provide personalized coaching, training, and support to our agents, helping them to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. This position requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate closely with agents to identify their needs, develop tailored action plans, and implement strategies that lead to increased productivity and profitability.
