Key Responsibilities:

The Franchise Business Coach partners with franchise owners to improve operational performance, increase revenue, maintain brand standards, and drive overall business growth. This role provides coaching, training, and operational support to franchisees by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing best practices.

Drive Franchise Performance

  • Partner with franchise owners to improve sales, profitability, and overall business performance
  • Lead business reviews analyzing KPIs, financials, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Create and execute action plans to close performance gaps and accelerate growth

Coach & Influence Leaders

  • Provide hands-on coaching to franchise owners and their leadership teams
  • Develop stronger leadership, accountability, and operational discipline across locations
  • Support hiring, staffing strategies, and team performance improvements

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Conduct onsite and virtual audits to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across operations
  • Champion a seamless, high-quality customer experience from lead to final payment

Own Financial & Business Growth Outcomes

  • Analyze P&Ls, labor costs, and marketing ROI to drive smarter business decisions
  • Coach franchisees on increasing revenue, controlling costs, and maximizing margins
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand local business impact

Lead Training & Development

  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new franchise owners
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and regional meetings
  • Share best practices and winning strategies across the franchise network

Be a Strategic Partner

  • Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees and corporate leadership
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and escalate when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in franchise consulting or business coaching required.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements, balance sheet, and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence business owners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to regional franchise locations (typically 60-75%).
